Good hotel with beautiful views and perfect location. It takes about 15 min to get from train station. Also supermarket is close and other local shops and attractions. If you get a room facing the road it could be noisy if windows open at night( early morning-cleaning machine noises). On Tuesdays there is a market in close proximity. Room was spacious and warm with kettle, fridge and good hairdryer)

Plenty of choice for breakfast - lovely croissants! We stayed here for a few days before going on a cruise from Trieste. Room was great with a lovely view of Lake Garda. I’d visit again given the opportunity.
We visited the restaurant for an evening meal. The food and service was fantastic and such a great location overlooking Lake Garda. Would definitely revisit.
All together a great hotel. Biggest points for the staff. Friendly, comfortable and very helpful by questions. The rooms are good. Maybe a newer couch-but that's everything. The breakfast is more than enough and very tasty. The viewing from the room-unbelievable. Direktly in front of the sea. Like I say-all together a really great hotel. And if I will ever coming back to desenziano, I will go to this hotel. Thanks for everything-and a spezial thanks to the crew from the hotel bar, they are amazing. I know I will enjoy tomorrow my last day the same like the days before. Thanks for all guys.

Very charming place, comfortable rooms, great choice for breakfast. The Hotel is right on the lake shore and just a few steps from the town center and the boats to cruise the lake. The staff are very hospitable, welcoming, eager to help …

Good hotel in Desenzano. Room has balcony either view to the lake or to the street. If you want sun in the evening choose balcony with a view to the street. Room is clean and comfortable. Free and safe parking for a car. Breakfast is excellant and staff kind and polite. There is a pool area and you can choose swim either a lake or spool. Wifi works perfectly in room incase you have to work or study. There is also a restaurant which we waited very much. Last year food and service was excellent but now, unfortunately price and quality of food didn't match. But if your budget is more usual, there is many other choices. But like I said, hotel it self is very good.

Old (which is not disadvantage) but hotel is so dirty that it was unpleasant to stay there.
